Sweet Potato Porridge
Vegan, grain-free, gluten-free, nut free, and refined sugar-free!
Ingredients
- 1 medium sweet potato, cooked + peeled
- 1 small apple
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed (for topping)
- 1/4 cup plant milk
- 1/2 apple, sliced (for topping)
- 1 handful raisins (for topping)
Instructions
- Cut and core apple before adding to a small pot and boiling until tender
- To a blender, add plant milk, cooked apple and sweet potato
- Blend until smooth
- Transfer to a small pot (adding more plant milk if needed) to reheat before serving
- Add toppings, serve and enjoy!
