Nourish Bowl
Build your own nourish bowl using this simple 3-step formula
Ingredients
- Washed lettuce
- Spinach
- Cabbage
- Cherry tomatoes
- Cucumber
- Chickpeas
- Hemp seeds
- Homemade dressing
Homemade Dressing
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 tsp miso paste / tamari
- 2 tbsp organic sesame oil
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- Grab a big bowl
- Add washed lettuce + spinach + cabbage + cherry tomatoes + cucumber + chickpeas and whatever you have in the fridge
- Top with hemp seeds and homemade dressing
Homemade Dressing
Blend together in a high-speed blender and dollop onto salads or use as a veggie dip. If you prefer to drizzle your dressing add 2-3 tablespoons of water or until desired consistency.
