Crunchy Choc Nut cookies
What’s better than chocolate chip cookies?
Ingredients
Dry:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup of coconut or brown sugar
- 1/4 cup of mixed nuts roughly crushed
- 100 g of dark chocolate roughly crushed
- Pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
Wet:
- 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180.
- Spray your baking tray.
- In a mixing bowl add in all the dry ingredients.
- Add in the wet ingredients and mix until you have cookie dough.
- Roll about 1 tablespoon of the mixture into balls.
- Place onto the baking tray and flatten with a fork or your hand.
- Bake in the oven for about 18-22 minutes.
- Place on a cooling rack to harden
